iPad Why won't any of the new apps show up iTunes?

    I can't find Space Ninja OR Edge via the search bar. Help? :confused:

    its not him missing something obvious. it happens offen with new releases for me (in uk)


    i want space ninja and edge but the price of both bring it to ten dollars.


    im sure its worth it but i cant afford that at the moment.

    okay, imagine 1000 computers, servers really

    when a product is updated, it sends it to all computers, but that takes time to update them all, the itunes servers are massive

    and everytime you connect, you may not connect to the same one

    so you could see a product in itunes, for one price, and on the wifi, see it for another

    or you could find a product once, but not another time..

    it takes time to populate all the servers

    that is why links work the best, your connected to a server that is already populated with it, at least 90% of the time

    yeah, can take days until the App Store catches up. I mean, look at Crayon Physics - the only place i can find it in the App Store via my Touch is through a manual search. It's been out for ages yet it's not yet hit the App Store advertising train.

    In fact, imo, good as the App Store is, i find it pretty useless to keep me updated with anything remotely new (crayon physics being prime example). Ok, servers and all that, but thats not my concern.

    I get ALL up to the minute app release news and download links via the appshopper website. It's superb - http://appshopper.com/

    It's menu categories are fine, but why don't we have a 'new' category? the 'release date' tab is pretty misleading. Also, after pressing through 'another 25' or so it stops. (it used to continue). What if i want an older app? i need to search. I think the App Store via the iPod needs a major overhaul.
