But no, seriously, I don't see why you say IMNS is probably the only one that makes sense. He's definitely the most popular, but all the mods on here are doing a great job.

Not trying to start a war about who's better, just pointing out that he's not the only one that owns a banhammer and knows how to use it.

It is so bloody ridiculous, really!
YOU are blaming the mods for following the rules and bringing swift justice because YOU are breaking the rules in the worst way again and again?

Go, see a doctor. You're sick in the head.

All this guy is proving is that the mods are doing a great job in watching over the forums. Honestly, what is all the beef on mods? If you break the law you get fined/go to jail/executed.

    OP..........you're execution/ban awaits.

I honestly don't know why some people need to make multiple accounts in a normal forum. Care to explain? >:?

Try mspadventures forum, there are many kinds of mods there, from the nice friendly one to the rules breaking one.

If a mod banned a user, can that user create another account using the same computer?

Yes, but your not supposed too.

Honestly, I have not seen Zincous that much. Only in the general discussion I think. So I have nothing against him. And I have my reasons why he makes sense

If course s/he can, as stated a few posts above.
But that's one more broken rule:

you're not supposed to have more than ONE account, even if this account has the time-out or banned status.

Well, plus, what's the point of a timeout if the user just creates and uses a new account during the timeout period. It's like switching jersey numbers and coming back to play after getting a red card.

This is quite the rollercoaster. At first I was like "aww, poor guy", but then I saw his post count and saw that he was banned, and I was like "Uh... oh... circumventing perhaps?". So it went from drama to mystery*.

Then I kept reading and saw ImNoSuperMan talking about proxies and whatnot and I was all like, "LOL". So now it's a comedy.

And the comedy continues throughout the thread, and then someone switches gears and we're now talking about what should and shouldn't happen when someone is banned, and blah blah blah.

So officially, this thread is now a dramedy-mystery-political thriller. :D

    * = ZOMG, I just figured something out... MYSTery... MYST.... Myst! :D :D :D

Every time I see this thread at the bottom of the screen, I think "You didn't just get perma-banned. You got user-banned!" Which is exactly what bans should be- banned accounts and IP adresses. Though I am glad the mods can clean the forums so quickly.

This thread has been quite interesting to follow but noticed the guys second attempt at trashing mods resulted in him getting banned on the first post this time around. Or maybe realized how futile it was after his first post.

Anyway, a good lesson if anyone has any ideas of making more than one account, etc or simply ignoring or intent on breaking the rules.

There's a subtle clue in here that proves Epox is somewhat out of touch.

    The rule should be:

Post without a shred of ability to type or make sense = ban

Would be a most excellent rule, unfortunately there's no way to keep worthy posts from being stripped and branded of their dignity by them, see it all the time and nothing will change this.
Any wonder why meaningful members finally fall to the wayside?
    Enoughs.....enough.

It's true, the forums here used to be brilliant, now 2/3 topics are ones that should be deleted
