Actually, if you have the Wii there are several hardcore games. The New Super Mario Wii, Super Mario Galaxy, & SMG 2 are pretty hardcore for being rated E. Remember rating denotes content, not challenge. Also, Madworld is rated M & is very violent AND hardcore.
The Mario Galaxy games are ridiculously easy though. I'm at 116 stars on SMG2 and there were only about 3 that required more than a couple of attempts. Still awesome games.
Ignoring the useless and uncalled-for question at the end, putting in the friend codes is easy enough. I already gave you the reason why I hate Nintendo's online system. I don't appreciate the fact that I can't see when others are online unless they are playing a certain game. The XBox 360 had this feature in LIVE at the console's release; maybe Nintendo could get over its high-and-mighty craze and learn something, like Sony was able to do. PSN might over-take LIVE in quality any day now because they are able to learn and become better for it. What does that have anything to do with the discussion? Of course I know that Sony and Microsoft are powerhouses in other markets and that Nintendo focuses solely on gaming. That doesn't give any excuse as to why they could not have implemented any of the tech the other consoles have, as it was released an entire year after the 360 and Sony announced their tech and features way before release. To stay ahead of the game, sometimes you have to play catch-up. I'm not sure I understood what you were trying to say there... But I'll respond according to how I interpreted it. Wrist movements only? Yeah, random wavings that the Wii interpreted as full swings at times. I don't complain about having to wave something around. It has its place in certain games. I just appreciate when a company decides to make a technology correct the first time. And yes, Sony is copying Nintendo, and so is Microsoft, in a way. I won't deny that. They've accepted that a large user base appreciates motion controls and that it could be quite profitable to them. Unlike Nintendo, who continues to run its online system in its painfully lackluster state. Yeah, WiiMotion Plus gave better control. The control that the console should have had from release, rather than making us pay $20 for each controller we own to get said control. The control that the Playstation Move will have when it's released. From launch. Catch my drift? The EyeToy was its own product. Sony is simply implementing it as a base for its new technology. There's nothing wrong with that, especially since it was never really intended for use across all game genres. Releasing unfinished technology and then charging more to get it right, however, is wrong. The Wii controller is an example for this, as is the old XBox 360 console (My console of choice is not exempt from this, you see; at least I can admit it). Perhaps guilty as charged. However, I will say that I only ever argued the points you presented instead of trying to take cheap-shots at the person presenting the argument. Until now. Seriously, for being "23 years old", you argue like you haven't even hit puberty. Once again, for the comparison between Wii graphics and current graphics: Nintendo's behind the times again. 480p doesn't cut it anymore. I think it's perfectly pertinent to select one console over another for multi-platform games based on graphics capability or even content level. And that selection I make most certainly won't be the Wii. Now, notice I said multi-platform games. I'm not quite the fanboy you say I am. I'm willing to accept the fact that the Wii has quite a few games that are well worth paying for, such as SMG or Legend of Zelda. I'm not going to keep myself from playing them just because I have a frustration with Nintendo's system. Will I purchase GoldenEye? Probably not. Will I at least rent it to see how it turned out? Most likely. I still have the right to express my opinion on how the console should have been, and I reserve that opinion for the especially biased who cross my wake, thinking that Nintendo is a god in every way, shape and form. And rather than PC, I think I'll stick with the 360 and PS3, with the Wii reserved for that odd gem that comes along.
I wouldn't call mario games hardcore at all actually. They're not that hard. Yes, the wii has a few "hardcore" games, but seriously....If you're looking for hardcore games why are you even looking at the wii?
the main chatcher was change for linceses reasons. the only level i can think remove is complex which was never part of the movie. and that is sole protery of rare Its more than buying a or doing a remake. People can keep calling this a remake there setting themselfs up for disspointments. people calling it a new game is better of for the fact things are changing in the fps standards. like it or not there seem not to be missing alot. If they wanted to do a remake it be better on vc than a new game all togather. I know that some people that work on the old goldeneye are working on the new one as we speak. Acitsvion don't make games they publish them. this why they have so many developers. they good compay i trust enough.
You think gta style game is hardcore that as simple as any game on the market. there i plenty of hardcore gamers. mario is a type of game for everyone. and it can be hardcore for some diffuclt for some others and easy. for others. that does not make it non hardcore. people like you fail to understand a game can be hardcore to some and others just to plan easy.
Just cause you play "mulitplatfrom games does not mean your not a fanboy i can see it cleary. quit a few games worth to play? 1. madworld 2. red steel 3. mario glaxey 4.super smash brothers bawl 4. red steel 2 5. no more heros 6. monster hunter 7. goldeneye wii 8. cod games (like it or not that on all systems) 9. no more heros 2 10. new super mario brothers Plenty more it matters on your game taste and it seem your into online and graphic whore at best. For you to sit there and tell me the wii has no or few games to play your more than a troll. Unlike you i have tired all console and enjoy them all. I am going to be getting a wii,360, and ps3 again at some time.
Well yeah, if you're 4 years old then every game on the Wii is hardcore. That still isn't how the gaming community sees it, and it's not how Nintendo sees it either, they know full well they're not very active in hardcore gaming and only recently have we seen evidence that they might be addressing this with their 3DS line up. ...and Red Steel totally bombed. ...and I don't consider 10 games to be all that many.
Golden Eye is yet to come out? Have YOU already played it? I'm worried for the game because it's on a console that it shouldn't be on. If it suceeds I'll be flabbergasted. I'll plan on getting it but I'll wait until it's already out and there are reviews.
Did I ever say that I thought GTA was hardcore? No. And I'm so sorry for failing to understand that a game can be hardcore.... LOL JK, not really. Midian says it pretty well...Wii games are hardcore if you're 4. And you know? That's not a bad thing. I'm not trying to offend you or anything, but you have got to accept that xbox 360 and the ps3 do some things better than the wii, and the wii does other things better than the other two consoles.
I dunno if you realize this, but Sony and Microsoft still have to maintain their other markets. Their profits from those markets go to developing new products in those markets and to the heads of those divisions. The gaming division is, for the most part, on its own in terms of funding and development. They may borrow technologies from their other divisions, but that doesn't mean Nintendo couldn't have upgraded anything likewise. It's not like HD or online play is anything new. Not all games support friend codes because there's no multiplayer feature. Same on the other consoles; games like Heavy Rain and Mass Effect aren't multiplayer-enabled. I can still see what my friends are doing and send them messages quickly and easily. Perhaps not. I'm having a pretty hard time understanding what you're trying to say. I dunno how you wave at other people, but I use my wrist. Hey, I'm not talking about the PS2 or the Virtual Boy. I'm talking about the here and now. And about copying technology: I KNOW that Sony's Move is copying the Wii constantly. I NEVER said that Sony "got it right first". I said the first time. What I'm saying is that they're not going to release unfinished technology like Nintendo did. Nor am I saying that rumble effects and motion sensors came first from Sony. YLOD is a very low failure rate, and the RROD for the 360 is now no longer a problem with their new console. Yeah, the EyeToy is being used for the Move. Just like the sensor bar is used for the Wii. You have to pay extra for that, too; you just don't notice the cost because it was bundled with your Wii originally. What could the developers be getting wrong? I don't even understand why you included this. And go ahead and look for that comment from me. I personally enjoy the thought of you searching endlessly for a line that never came from my mouth, virtually or physically. That's great. It's your opinion, and you can keep it. I personally enjoy the extended experience without crappy connection speeds or watered-down experiences. Oh, that's right, it was 480i unless you bought the component cables. My mistake. Uh... Yeah, the PS2 sold much higher than the GC. Had better graphics capabilities, too. It was a perk on top of the massive game library that simply didn't exist on the GC. Now let's get back to current times, where the argument began, shall we? I'm glad your read the entire post before responding. I said there are "quite a few" games worth playing, as in "plenty". And I agree with most of that list, except for number eight. The 360 has a much higher user base and the same single-player experience, minus the point-and-shoot. Sorry, sir, but you are wrong. I own all three consoles, so I have first-hand experience with all of them. I enjoy all of them, too, for their unique experiences.
Oh you living a life full of joke or what? you seriously think if your 4 its hardcore age has nothign to do with a game being hardcore you guys a fing morons beyond belief I never said the wii is awesome but you all hate it for no reason just to hate it. 1. hardcore games. 2. age has nothing to do with game 3. game taste 4. game expreince i am assmuing you guys are young cause you have no fing clue about games and saying "4 years old would on;y consider be hardcore you fail to understand the message i said first. GAME MATTERS. Gta can be harcore to some yes. to others no. the age has nothing to do with it being "easy/hardcore at all. Oh really like what halo? mgs? please those are easy simple games.
But the Wii needs it. And considering that it's a predecessor of the N64, more people that played the original are bound to get the new game. It's already got momentum on the platform.
