In the same boat, and before some of you belittle me, my situation is that none of my friends play iPhone games, let alone be on Plus+ or OF. I think Ngmoco is trying to cash in through something similar to "peer pressure". Perhaps I've worded it too strongly though...
Just add people from the threads on the games? Noone I know has an iphone and this issue has never even occured to me, I simply added people from here and listed my own user name. The thread starter perhaps needs to take a chill pill!

yes it is a lost battle, and I think the word "hate" is the least of the languages problems. Considering that texting is starting to find itself in real life situations. I don't care what people say - lazy text talk is not welcome in letters, emails, posts, or even in texts. Most phones have functioning keyboards now anyways. Take the two seconds it takes to type out the full word, I don't want to know how gr8t your god damn day was. Hell at this rate the language will be extinct before I die - or maybe it's already dead. Sitting water bloated in a tub somewhere needle sticking awkwardly out its pale skinned arm from attempting to self-medicate the pain experienced by illegitimate text messages. Glimpsing into its final thoughts one might be able to get a picture of what was going through its mind. Who knows maybe it could only evolve this way, maybe we are starting to realize how unnecessarily segregated numbers, symbols, and letters have always been. We don't needs rules in language - run on sentences should rule the day. How do you know that was a spelling or grammar mistake? Maybe it was intended. Yeah, baby thats the stuff right there - ah this water feels so warm.

Very true, but then people like him MAKE it about other people, and thats not cool. The fact that he felt the need to attack people personally for no real reason proves he has issues.
Ngmoco is rubbish I mean like, I get a FREE game with some awesome gameplay yet I have to PAY to not wait 8 minutes to continue playing?! What kind of scammers are these people?
You don't have to pay. You can just wait, which is the only drawback of getting an awesome game for free. But you can just adjust your time playing the game to however long you want to wait. For example, you can wait a day, come back to it and play it. Wait an hour or two and then continue playing.
I don't agree with the "Freemium" model of Eliminate and Godfinger. But I think making a game like Rolando or Cogs free, and then you pay for the next set of levels... that's pretty fair, in my eyes. What ngmoco is doing with their other games, though (Eliminate, Godfinger, etc.) is definitely not very nice. I don't like it :\
