It seems that in App Store, Healthcare and Fitness apps
hardly get any attention at Apple.

Check NEW AND NOTEWORTHY, WHAT’S HOT and
    STAFF FAVORITE
    in iTunes, Games and Entertainments
    always win the upper hand.
I mean yes, we need addictive and funny games to get
you all the laugh or help you kill some time. But what about
other types of apps, like the ones in the Health category?
People don’t need to be heathy to stay happy?

We recently released our new app - Self Massage.
It’s an app helping people unwind, like soothing
your tense muscles and such, through some simple
yet effective do-it-yourself massage techniques. (iTunes Link)
But what is SO disappointing is that our app got neglected
    and didn’t sell very well
    is App Store, how come?
Why Apple doesn’t take healthcare apps seriously?

Is our app a BAD concept? I don’t think so.
How often do you hear people say, “Oh, I spend way too much
time in front of the computer everyday, my vision gets blur,
my neck is stiff and my shoulder is sore! I’m totally burnout!”
    A LOT, RIGHT?
And that’s why we developed the app, to make them better,
to recharge their battery. What is not good about it as long as
    it can keep you good?
    I’m SOOOOOO upset!

I think as the market leader in mobile application, Apple should
also lead people into building healthy lives through its amazing apps.

We hope our post might call Apple’s attention to the problem.

Well, the incorrect and awkward english makes it seem less polished, also you can't be upset just because your App isn't popular, you just
Also there are many apps that sell well and don't get featured.

How you could help your App:
-Get a catchier icon, yours is quite boring and doesn't interest me
-Switch around the order of your screenshots so that the interesting and more descriptive ones are first
-I haven't seen any adverts, have you invested in advertising at all?
-Make the description make more sense

You can't blame apple for your apps sales, PM me if you would like me to make the description sound better

Relying on Apple to market your app is silly. You need to take the initiative by having better marketing for your app instead of whining when Apple doesn't.

You need to take a look in the mirror to determine what you're doing wrong. Once you find that out, you can make necessary changes to better spread the word of your app. I for one will not be looking at your app through this post because it comes off that you have a sense of entitlement to the App Store advertising. If you have a better marketing campaign, maybe I'll come across this app again.

    Good luck to you.

Its your responsibility to market and sell your game, not apple. I think you need to rethink your strategy here. Its your fault if the game doesn't sell.

I think this one was the first try. :-D
It doesn't work, I can tell you.
The same goes for self-reviewing your app, but I haven't tried this yet. :p
Everything has it's price, you don't get anything for free nowadays (just crap or LITE versions).

I agree with the other posters that it is the developer's responsibility to market apps and games. With over 80,000 Apps in the App Store, it is unrealistic to count on Apple to make a particular one stand out.

As others have suggested, definitely start out with a fresh logo and App Store description. Then create a great website, Facebook page, and Twitter account. Then explore advertising options and request reviews from popular app review sites.

Just for comparison, compare the logo for Self Massage to the logo for Yoga Stretch (a reasonably successful app). I have no idea whether Yoga Stretch is a decent app, but the logo gives the impression of a polished app.

Good luck! It's a tough market, and it takes a lot of work to be successful.

Thank you guys, for all the constructive criticism, advice and suggestions!:)
I'll surely work on the marketing and most importantly, the app itself!
    Thanks again!

    Thanks!:)
And we've also got many positive reviews from our customers.
Im sure that the app is a lot useful in people's daily life, but most just haven't realized it.
Also, a lot of thoughts have been put into marketing and we are working on the NEW VERSION. It'll come out soon.
You know sometimes when a lot of time and energy and the app is finally out,
Some support is really important to the developers. :D
