Who's Seeing District 9? [Contains vague spoilers.]

I never heard of this movie until I saw ads for it while walking around in new york. I thought it wouldn't be out in a while

 

I can't see a sequel either. I would be extremely disappointed if they did one.

I will say though that I think the cursing was necessary. Everything was necessary. Wouldn't you cuss like crazy if you were stuck in an Alien ghetto in the same circumstances that Wikus was in? I know I would.

And plus, the gruesomeness was needed because, well, how else would we know what happen if you introduced mass quantities of electricity to the human body?

Possibly, but I couldn't even finish the movie... It's just not what I was expecting at all. I expected it to be an action flick, not a documentary, and it just bored me to bits.

First 30 Min. put me to sleep.
Then some action finally happened.

Was an alright movie, just eh...

 

No, I walked out of the theater and got my money back. If the last hour is so worth seeing, I'll download it.

You literally missed the entire movie. Only the first 30 min. were documentary, setting up the story. The rest was the awesome part.

If those 30 min. really bored you that bad, you must be one of those 'little story, more action' people.

I suggest you download it ASAP.

Just seen this and it's an entertaining movie once you get past that initial documentary style opening and the last hour or so is a blast in more ways than one...Just gonna sit down now and watch The Hurt Locker and then Inglorious B******s and then maybe The Final Destination

 

Inglourious Basterds was a great ****ing movie.
