Which direction is the wind blowing to ?To America?To China?To SK?Totally no idea....The gov says the wind is to China,whereas th eChinese gov reports it goes to the Pacific Ocean....The South korean gov says it is safe....So it is interesting to know that all the goverments are playing deaf...not only is Japanese gov playing dumb to the nuclear spread....
