They just came out with the 2 i was really looking foward to: Sandstorm and Blades of Fury, then the day I buy MC:S Nova gets announced! Either way I'm looking foward to Nova the most but since I have a diablo clone already (Underworlds) Dungeon Hunter is coming in second.
NOVA for sure. Modern Combat was such an excellent COD clone, if they can pull of something just as good with NOVA as a Halo clone I'll be as happy as a little girl. Hopefully NOVA can drop out of nowhere fairly soon like Gamelofts last few releases. Also, as a huge fan of the original, I'm looking forward to Earthworm Jim as well. I'm skeptical on how well it'll control, I've had issues in platform games with virtual controls (like Castle of Magic) but if Gameloft can make a 3D fighting game with controls that work then I'll wait for the final product before judging. I'd probably buy EJ just for nostalgia alone, though. +1 on the Sandstorm update, let's hope they come through on that one!
Shrek Kart or Asphalt 5. Krazy Kart if I get it would quench my thirst a little for Shrek Kart but NFSU and Real Racing will quench my thirst for Asphalt 5. So probably Shrek Kart.
Gameloft have just announced Real Football 2010 as well. I'm, however, most looking forward to Shrek Kart.
Nova Dungeon Hunter Shrek Kart Asphalt 5 Best Order. - We definitely need a Sci Fi Halo type FPS. - This RPG looks INCREDIBLE! I can't wait for it. Great controls, graphics, and looks to have great gameplay. - I want another arcade racer other then Crash Kart. This one looks even better. - Graphics look beautiful. Controls, i hope they're better then Asphalt 4

I think you forgot Assassin's Creed 2. It's going to be awesome. I want that and Modern Combat multiplayer.. EDIT: Nevermind, it's by Ubisoft..
Ubisoft is the developer, but I believe that Gameloft is the publisher. I'm not interested in Assassin's Creed II anyway, as it seems to be a side scroller, and I hated the first Assassin's Creed.
i think for Assassin's Creed 2,Gameloft will not be the publisher,the article on the front page didn't mentioned anything about Gameloft involving with this game.i liked the first AC because it's long but it lacks technicality in the battle system,i hope this will be solved
