Since we're talking about modded bikes, I've been drooling over this bike for years now. I saw it a motorcycle magazine a few years ago, when i first started riding. Jesse James built it. It's a 1800cc VTX V-twin inside a cafe racer. It's basically death on two wheels:
lol, that sounds funny I have this bike at the moment: A 2008 Honda NPS50 'Zoomer' (Or 'Ruckus' if you are in the US) The same one as Hodapp was talking about, and the picture of a guy that pimped it and added Nos by the looks of things, lol I'ts a nice little bike, fun on those country lanes we have in England. Not very fast (it's only 50cc, because I am only 16) but it gets me around, and it is very reliable. The engine starts every time, even when it is cold. And I have never had any problems with it. But when I am 17, I will get a 125 (probably the Megelli), do my full test on it, wait 2 years for the 33bhp restriction to expire, then it's a Triumph Daytona for me Ever since I was little, I have always loved bikes. My dad has a Honda Rebel 250, and my uncle has a Honda Fireblade eek so riding on the back of those when I was younger was probably made me love them so much. Back to the app store, why aren't there any decent 3D bike games on the app store? Real Racing is all very well, but the only problem for me is that you are on 4 wheels not 2 . The only 3D bike game apart from moto chaser is that 'Moto Racing' with really bad graphics. Maybe when bigger developers start making games for the iPhone then we will see Pocket MotoGP or iSBK
I think it's weird that you guys have size restrictions on bikes over there. I had one of these when I was 20: I'm looking at old cafe racers right now. I'm not sure I'll have the time to work on one, though. If I get a new bike, I'm looking at a Buell or a Ducatti Monster. I haven't ridden a Monster yet, but they look comparable to Buell.
Yeah, the restrictions are a bit stupid. Here in the UK you have to do a CBT (Compulsery Basic Training) before you can even ride a 50cc moped with L-plates whether you are 16 (minimum age) or 80. When you are 17 you can ride a 125 with L-plates and you can take a full standard bike test and ride a bike with any CC, BUT resticted 33bhp .Then you have to wait 2 years, then you can ride anything. What is the sytem in the US?
Here, if you're younger than 21, you need to go through training to get your license. That's pretty much it. I don't think there's any restriction on size at all.
