i have both and have to go for nova. the cod multiplayer works fine for me, just takes a little time to find a match. Also, online does not work with any of my friends, who all have ipod touches. I play nova a lot more because 1) it works with all my friends 2) Comes with more than one map 3) Cod will charge extra for another map 4)Most of the maps (especially the jungle one) are bigger and more detailed than the cod one 5) I know this is inrelated, but the campaign in nova is amazing so overall the game is great I just wanted to say that i am not a gameloft fanboy becase i hate most of their games especially gangstar and mc sandstorm since neither work
Yeah, from a gameplay standpoint I can't agree more. Zombies is just much better and it's the only game that's not deathmatch... Deathmatch has just been kinda done to well, death. It's nice to play a co-op game online on my iDevice. Luckily my grandparents have a compatible connection so I can play there. If anyone's open for a game Thursday night I'll be there lol. But overall, NOVA is just more functional. So if you can check and see that Zombies works fine with your connection and doesn't lag on your iDevice (I got some big time lag on my 1g playing online. Almost game breaking but not quite) go for that one, but for the rest just go get NOVA.
Deathmatch has been done to death? I don't know how long you've owned an iPod. 5 days maybe? And um it is a gamebreaker 100%.
You did not just say NOVA was the same as eliminate! :| they're totally different! I hated eliminate but I love nova. Don't knock it 'till you've tried it
I seriously laugh at people who think that COD has better multiplayer.. sure graphics wise it might be better, but its a slow and tedious survival shooter, alot of the time u just stand around looking at your teammates and taking pop-shots @ them.. NOVA is intense nonstop action... its like apples & oranges, you can like one more than the other, but you can barely compare the two.
