Bolt Creative and Sega
Let Bolt Creative to graphics and programing,
Let Sega just let them make sonic and such, and work on sound and adverising

What about Nimblebits and SuperSquawk? Nice cartoonish style with great game play.

All the devs that are having trouble with their games should definitely team up, a lot of these one-man teams are making games that dont make the charts despite them being pretty good games.
