Holy sh*t. Do you have every generation of every device Apple ever made? And what's that thing next to your MBP if I may ask?
Another SidStation owner here (Final 100 editon #76 ) Here's the only pic I have handy of my work area: ...and the most important part! No caffiene = no work!
I have everything except for the very first iPhone. There are 3 android phones, eee Pad Transformer, and Playbook in there as well. I'm branching out to other platforms this year The stand is called Book Arc from Twelve South. You can get them for both iPad and MBP, although the iPad one is a little wobbly so I don't use it. Works good for saving desk space with your laptop sitting vertical.
You work in a Starbucks restaurant? How can you do that? Isn't that too noisy? I could never do that. I have tons of paper, sketches and other equipment around my desk.
anyone lego? anyone lego? we decorate our office with old lego our programmer kept from when he was a kid!! saved money and had fun building it all at the same time!
Nothing phases me. If I'm home I have 3 kids in the running around in the background, so Starbucks is like a day spa. All I hear is a coffee grinder and some relaxing music.
RPGGuy, Not to stray to far off topic, but since your still in this forum topic, I was curious where you got your theater seating, what brand it is and what you think of them? I've heard good and bad things about a company that sells theaters seating exclusively online, but really would like to find a place to try before I buy. Here in Minnesota there are not a lot of options. Matt
It's Lane, cinema line. See this: http://www.theaterseatstore.com/lane-cinema-315-brand?sc=9&category=280616 . You might find somewhere local that carries Lane furniture and could order it for you. (Note I didn't order it online from that site, had a local store with with some on display)
Well those are "only" 3 computers, but hooked up to multiple external monitors. I'm doing the majority of development on my MacBook Pro that is hooked up to the 24 inch monitor. The PC under the table is hooked up to the 3 smaller 19 inch monitors. I use that for image editing, 3D modeling, rendering and of course gaming . The smaller Dell XPS Laptop with Linux I use for work at my university (computer science student).
