It's the Slanted Lockscreen theme. The Wifi logo is from Cydia (Blue Wifi Logo) - If you're using an i4, you'll need to change the file names in order for it to work. The battery is from http://macthemes.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16807022 (there are a bunch of different colors to choose from). Here is the Lockscreen background:

just upgraded to 4.2 rejailbroke and heres what it looks like. that is actually a video background. its a timelapse of someone driving. put the android lock screen on my phone
i wish i could change the background of that it won't let me. i think its because i'm on 4.2. i like that alot except for the textnow icon. if it was black that'd be sweet. i used categories to make a couple custom folders as well because i prefer to only have 1 page.
haha it is a gun pointing to some chicks head. i've changed it since then i was just testing different stuff. i'm actually working on a custom theme right now i should be done with it here in an hour or two. i'll post it
SUCCESS! i got teknologic working on 4.2 firmware. springjumps but i couldnt get the LCD clock to. it also doesn't support any of the newer icons. still looks pretty sweet though. i'm still tweaking it but heres a screenie of what i got so far.
