sorry if i seem stupid, but how do you do a background like that on your home screen on an iPod Touch 2nd Gen? I wasnt aware you could, but users that have posted a background have an iPod Touch 2nd Gen listed as their device? Thanks.

 

Either they listed the wrong device, have multiple devices, or they're jailbroken.
