Here in England it's freezing cold and there's too much snow. Last night it dropped to around -11 degrees celcius and we had a lot of snow. Now there's too much snow to get anywhere by road (only 4X4s can really drive safely). I could barely get out my front door this morning. I wish I lived in a warmer country
Here in Arizona it's cold, windy and snowy. Just not exactly the kind of weather you want to go out in.
I love England's weather. It's so extreme it allows us to have a taste of hot conditions as well as the cold. I suggest going out and having fun in the snow. ^_^
In New Mexico is pretty gets pretty cool at nights, like 20-30 degrees Fahrenheit, but during the day it can get up to 50 degrees. We just had about 2 inches of snow a couple days ago, it's all gone though.
The problem is, all my friends live in a different town and obviously I can't get there. When I went out this morning, the only vehicles I saw were 4X4s, tractors/snow ploughs, some cars with snow chains and a guy snowboarding down the main street
What the f*uck part of Arizona are you in? Flagstaff? Come over here to central AZ. It's miserably hot. Like during the day, 80 degrees hot. I should not be f*cking sweating in the middle of december. It did just rain over here pretty good a little under a week ago though. Supposed to get more too, but who knows. All I know, is we have no snow. Ever.
Lame. Our airports are experiencing some of the worst disruption they've ever seen and my girlfriend is due to land in 10 days. If it snows again I might just have to go up there and murder some clouds.
Now that would piss me off. I hate unpredictable extreme weather. I think the perfect weather for me would be like constant 30 degrees Celcius, blue sky and a cool breeze.
A 5 minute journey to school is taking me about 30 minutes to do. Also three times we had to abandon the car and walk home as we couldn't make it up the hill. This is in south Ireland by the way.
Reminds me of last year where I got stuck on a hill along with loads of other people in a sudden snowstorm at night. The snow was to heavy to send recovery vehicles so I ended up walking about 8 miles to get home, in the freezing cold.
been there only difference we were up collecting firewood. anyhow, me, my friend his sister and her bf.. somehow her bf got to stay in the warm truck while her brother and I ran to the near phone which was about 10 miles.. we were up in the mountains a good way.. started just snow flakes when we left. was 2 feet by the time we got to the phone. laughs. in the end they ran out of gas and had to freez all night till morning when we could get up there to free the truck from the pit it was stuck in.. ooo the joys of being a kid. chris.
Around 20F in Colorado. We're getting some snow. I love this kind of overcast-looking weather. People think I'm crazy because I hate the summer but love the hell out of autumn/winter.
Belfast Northern Ireland I'd say is easily as bad as the rest of the UK as far as snow and the cold goes maybe worse it isn't really effecting me that much though as yet anyway.
In the magical city of Huntington Beach, California, people get cold when it's under 70 degrees and hot when it's over 80 degrees. Luckily, it rarely ever does.
Colder than usual for this time of year, but predicted as sunny, 24 degrees Celsius for toady. Some people I know from England are visiting Australia and they really don't want to go back right now because of the extreme weather.
Back with my folks for Christmas in lovely rural North Wales. Luckily I flew in on Thursday, just as the snow was really starting, but we've had about 6 inches of snow now, with another 9 or 10 forecast for the next few days. The worst part is the side roads don't get cleared. So I'm stuck until further notice.
