This is a new thread where you can ask, "Where the heck has my favorite videogame/movie/TV show gone??!!!" SO...... I'll start. Whatever happened to....... the Ape Escape series? The first one from 1999 was one of my favorite games when I was a kid. The latest one was released in Japan 3 years ago, but was met with mixed receptions, and didn't sell well. There was also a TV show on Nicktoons, but each episode was only -3 minutes long. I know Ape Quest was released in '08, but I don't want an RPG with only the sprites of the monkeys, and lame battles. Anyone know if there is a port coming to the US or UK anytime soon?
Skate sucks....Skate = trying to ride a skateboard with controls...Tony Hawk=BUTTON MASHING MILLION POINT TRICKS!!!!! What ever happened to the castaways on LOST not being LOST?

WHY?!?!?! WELL..its a video game...i loved being able to tap axbybaysbcbyupdownleft7 and get like 1000000000points instead of....use slow motion and slowly move the joystick then flip up
It's just not the same... I have the first skate. game and it's a ton of fun, but I missed the over-the-top skateboarding in the Tony Hawk series. You could easily pull off combos that you could never do in real life, which was the fun of the series. skate. is more of a sim to me. I want American Wasteland 2.
American Wasteland= second greatest skateboarding game of all time behind skate. The story was actually awesome, thats the only thing the skate series lacks. Tony hawk games have really been pretty good for their stories until project 8 showed up. God, even skate's story was better than tHAT. Best stories had to be THUG(best in my mind), THUG2( just so cool), and AW(seciond best). I hope skate 3 actually has some creative story instead of "Get coverage". And to add to it, what happened to Michael Jackson? EDIT: whoa, just found out hes dead. Weird.
And that right there was the biggest reason I loved American Wasteland so much. I've played it through several times just because I liked the story. But I actually thought that THUG1 had a better storyline overall. Beating Sparrow at the end still remains one of the best parts of a TH game imo. THUG2 was a ton of fun, but there wasn't really any story. More or less "Blow up stuff, land huge combos, get high scores, win the game". That said, the World Destruction Tour was insane. Especailly blowing up Skatopia... that was great... And at your second statement: LOL!
What a pity I was looking forward to it. I heard some screenshots were leaked and they looked very promising. It's terrible how these admins/mods ban anyone just because ngmoco pays them...
