Actually, I might be confusing them with the Genitorturers...my memory from those days is hazy at best. I remember when Marilyn Manson still lived with his mom a couple miles away from me. South Florida is a wierd place...a billion different suburbs each with their own character, all the while overshadowed by Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Hollywood, and West Palm Beach. Not to mention the insane overmedication of the population down here...and the plastic surgery...not to mention people who barely can afford a roof over their head but nevertheless drive a new Mercedes 500 SL or Maserati.
yeah, it really could have been either JoJ or the Genitorturers... pretty sure they both had some spiffy s&m/bondage type attractions going on during shows... what ever happened to the Genitorturers? I think the last thing I heard from them was a remix album back in the day (I think... I know there was a RIB remix on it...) ... and then nothing. =o/
Don't quote me on this but I think they've broke up. We recorded in the same studio, but that was a long time ago...my god, I'm getting old. IIRC, they played together a lot (JoJ and the Genitorturers). I've played with JoJ, but not the latter.
