iv been listening to a lot of "Townes Van Zandt". right now im listening to:
( fyi, this was the first song towns ever wrote. talk about a soul thats been beat to hell and then some. he did not think he would make it pass his 20s. his parents put him in a mental hospital where they gave him shock therapy to his brain. it fried half of his long term memory, its amazing he could remember at all. if you are not into story telling type music.. id just ignore my post)

towns vans zandt - waiting around to die:

Phillip Phillips' "Home" got promoted so heavily during the Olympics, lol. It's number one on iTunes still. Pretty good song though

    Tineidae - Rigel

Holy crap... this song... SO FREAK'N EPIC!!! I've had it on repeat for the last two hours... and there's no way I'm gonna get sick of it.

    **edit**

Here's the track on Bandcamp if anyone's interested; http://tympanikaudio.bandcamp.com/track/rigel

And now I'm listening to r.roo - Hello My Reflection

Not going to lie: I like country music now. Used to not be able to stand it at all. Those 3-hour trips back and forth from Austin with my roommate really got to me. It was all he listened to. Eric Church, Lee Brice, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, etc. Some of the songs are so good, lol xP. Favorites atm: Springsteen, Hard to Love, Drunk on You, 5-1-5-0, Take a Ride..
