I loved that era of music in the 90's, guitar bands finally arrived, Britpop was huge. Blur/Oasis/Charlatans/Radiohead and many others, all quality. I was lucky to get onto Oasis in the early days, seen them play about 15 times at most of the main venues. Seen their other bands (Beady Eye/Noel Gallaghers High Flying birds) quite a few times as well. Met Liam last year also (he was so friendly). I do hope they get back together, did so many classic songs and great b-sides not everyone gets to hear. Any band who write their own music and perform it live i like. None of the rubbish like manufactured pop acts/'singers' who get given songs or mime , urrgh
Dead When I Found Her - Rain Machine I love this song so freak'n much. ** And if you ask for rain - you're gonna get it, every time And if you ask for rain - then you will have it, every time **
Been mellowing out to Beck: Morning Phase, heaps different for him and surprisingly placid for me. Almost Folk Floyd.
