Well the origins of my nickname I'm not so sure about since I had it since elementary school but it was originally sky. When it was taken on another forum I changed it to skye and when that was taken on xbox live I changed it to skyye and when that was taken on gmail, it finally was skyye06.
euge - short for Eugene, nic that friends gave me. kava - nic I got in the army because my surname wat too long. Another nic I use for playing COD4 is DarthBobo.

back in 97 or 98 fallout 1 came out. I beat it maybe 30 times. Loved the dogmeat character and assumed the nick shortly there after. I also go by pixeldogmeat as well.
first initial last name, its what i use nearly everywhere. hate remembering multiple screen names and which one goes with which site, so always stick to the same. that aside, i always find 'imaginary'/random/goofy screen names to come across as not trustworthy. i think if you deal with someone who shows you their RL name, it implies (usually) that that person isn't going to try to deceive you as much as someone who can hide behind a screen name. maybe its just me. you know, like how knights used to open their helmet visors when passing other knight as a sign of peace/trust/whatever.
