I just synced my ipod and about half of my apps got deleted, then i had to download them all back on again, and I lost all of my progress in som many games, including real racing. What just happened?
You forgot to check the apps when syncing your device. iTunes then asked you if you wanted to delete so and so apps because you don't have them checked. Then, you absentmindedly pressed the yes button, deleting all the unchecked apps off your device.
