I don't use any google software because I don't want to add to their giant ever expanding database of information and searches they use to predict trends and see the future. Google can see into the future.
Lol Google Buzz will fail. Just like Android. Well, what I'm trying to say is that the way Android failed compared to the iPhone OS, Google Buzz will fail compared to Twitter and Facebook.
Google Buzz isn't in my interest. For starters I'm not willing to use Gmail just to try the damn thing out.
That's weird, google is usually much more accurate then that.. Last time I asked it said I was going to die at 7:19AM June 11th, 2046... But seriously it doesn't work like that, they can only accurately predict trends 6 to 8 months into the future using collected data from their software.
Gmail =/= Google Buzz it actually like, gets all the e-mails. i've used yahoo, aol, hotmail, and they all fail compared to gmail.
I use both Hotmail and Gmail, neither have failed me. Even web services that recommend against using @hotmail addresses have always worked perfectly.
I wasn't aware that Android failed. I love mine. Tons of my friends have the Motorola Droid and love it! Motorola and Verizon have obviously spent quite a chunk of change on it and the sales numbers, while not able to approach the iPhone, are fantastic for the mobile world. I have no idea what world you are living in. Has it penetrated like the iPhone? No. Has it failed? Absolutely not. I will be loving my iPod Touch and future iPads/Touches and so on, but I will hang on to my Android for phone service. Of course I would not go anywhere near AT&T so consider me a little biased.
Microsoft has really improved their email interface. I think it can stand up against Gmail quite well. That said... while it is fine for personal email, using a hotmail account for anything work-related or business raises an immediate red flag. It is not warranted but the stigma against it persists. Using Gmail on resumes or for business is perfectly acceptable though. Sad!
Android is excellent, but I'm saying the iPhone is better. As in Android fails compared with the iPhone OS. Simplicity is always better. Bug-less is even better.
Yeah it's weird, but luckily I've always used an @msn email addy, so it's not quite as bad I don't need an email for work-related stuff, but if I did it wouldn't be @hotmail.
I have been known to be a Linux geek (not that I think Android is really Linux... webOS is much closer and of course you could always go Nokia...) so I believe the more complex the better! Obviously the general consumer disagrees. I love the iPod Touch because of billions of apps and it is also my primary (probably only) gaming device. Android super fails there. But as a general phone OS, I probably like Android more.
Yeah, I agree, Android has better fearures, but overall to the general consumer it doesn't do so good. (I too have an Android phone)
Cool. At least we can 100% agree Android is useless (right now and for a long time) for gaming. That is why we love touchArcade!
I use hotmail and gmail, and yahoo, and, simply put, I prefer Yahoo and Hotmail because of Windows Live.
