I'll give it a listen to, I've checked out a couple songs but not digging it so far. But like I said, I wasn't a fan of black Parade at all, and that seems to be the style they are leaning towards. Ohh well at least I have their first 2 albums to listen to ^.^
Great song, but their first CD was my favourite. I remember getting into them then. Their album had some metal roots to it and it was a little heavier. Their second got a little more poppy but still had it's edge. Now-a-days they are pretty much all pop and nothing else... kind of annoying ahahaha. Definitely relive their first 2 albums, they are fantastic.
I still need to pick that up so bad. No money atm though >.< may have to dl it illigally just so I can hear it
I got it illegally first and I felt extremely guilty because I was enjoying it so much. I immediately went to buy the CD. That cover alone is worth the price. Great, great album, and it keeps getting better the more you listen to it
I just got Rihanna's new album, Loud. It's great and way better than her last album. Next up, Kid Cudi.
I do that too with albums I thuroughly enjoy. I just like having the hardcopy of albums anyways. That's how it was with CuDi's first album for me. At first I wasn't sure if I did like it. Then I listened to it again and loved it. Now the more I listen to it I love it more and more lol. Can't wait to pick up his new one.
Black Parade was pretty good, but 3 Cheers was much, much better. But, for me, the song Mama made up for the whole album. So yeah, other guy, how is that new album? And @Balu: +99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999
Grenade, The Other Side (my fav), Liquor Store Blues and The Lazy Song. One of the best CDs I've bought in quite a while.
Love is an understatement. It is the epitome of what music should be, to say the least. It's the greatest album ever made, and you will love and cherish it throughout your life. So yeah, good pick. I loved it from beginning to end, and it has one of my 2 absolute favorite songs on it: Remenissions. The other one, MIA, is on City of Evil, a great album as well. The last albums I ran through were Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance and Avenged Sevenfold's self titled album, both of which are fantastic.
Great album to first listen to, but don't get used to it. It's the only album they have that sounds anything that beautiful.
I bought the soundtrack to 127 Hours as well as the album Lungs by the band Florence + The Machine, who are pretty amazing. I don't know which of the two was the last because I bought them at the same time on iTunes. Both are awesome though. Very happy with my purchase. :>
