So I finally got around to installing 3.0 on my iTouch. However when my iTouch restarted I found that a lot of my apps were missing! I'm sure I had at least 3 full pages possibly more and now I only have two! Even first party Apple apps like the calendar is missing. When I do a search for calendar I can open it up but the app icon doesn't appear on my iTouch. What should I do?

This happened to me, and even though i tried to restart everything, I had to install all the individual apps on it again. I mean I had the back up, so I didn't lose any data on my apps, but I lost about an hour waiting for it all to get back on there (in addition to the 3.0 day 1 release wait time to DL it) rofl

    Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings.

That should get the Preinstalled apps back at least.

Never mind it's a false alarm! (I think) for some reason the update put a blank page in between my apps so I didn't realize that I still had more pages of apps. At least that's what I think happened.

Yeah.... if you got a few white dots at the bottom of your iPod, there is probably a few apps inhabiting them hahaha
