Since games like Mario and Zelda will never happen and Pitfall or Megamania is unlikely, how about this! =) Loved it on PS. ... or Oddworld!
Luftrauser. Well, actually, Luftrausers, when they finish it For a pie-in-the-sky never-gonna-happen suggestion: Dwarf Fortress
Rogue Squadron by Lucasarts. Would work really well tilt based or with on screen buttons. I love Star Wars but i'm sooo disappointed with the lack of any decent iOS games from Lucasarts
Planescape Torment Ultima VII VTM: Bloodlines With new engine for iOS [iPad] - similar to the Baldur's Gate release this summer.
- Frontier Elite 2 (using accelerometer and gyroscope control for flying). I would pay $30 for this port. It is one of my all time favorite games. - Quake 3 with iControlPad controller input added for dual analog gamepad bluetooth control (No jailbreak required for this controller). I would pay $20 for this. - Descent 2 (using accelerometer and gyroscope control for flying). I would pay $20 for this too. I bet all three of these games would sell well even at low pricing. The last two have already been open sourced and ported to many platforms so it wouldn't even take a lot to do I suspect. Think about all the people who grew up with the games above who now own an ipad or iphone and wouldn't hesitate to buy it for even nostalgia reasons.
Tank Sims, Space Flight Sims, Nuclear War Strategy Mine would have to be: M1 Tank Platoon Wing Commander DEFCON Everybody Dies
How about the original halo? Controls would work well if they implemented the mc3 style. And yes would love to see REAL age of empires on the app store
persona 3 portable, banjo kazooie, megaman battle network series, jet set radio, sonic adventure 1 + 2
