I am going to go to JB Hi fi to do the trade in 3, get a new game free. However, I am stuck between getting FIFA 12, and getting rage. I am not really a sports fan, but I heard that FIFA 12 was supposed to be good, but is hard. I am a big FPS fan, and I like rage because of its graphics and gameplay. Any suggestions? (btw, games I am trading in are bullet storm, Halo 3 odst and Destroy all humans [if I can't sell that, I'll sell cod waw]) I have 9 hours to decide.
I'd probably get RAGE. If you aren't really interesed in sport then FIFA 12 probably isn't the best choice. Although I do know some people who don't like football but enjoy football games. If you're curious, then I suggest you pick up an old FIFA game (like 08 or 09) because they are really cheap now and still pretty good.
Yeah, I'd go for an older Fifa (11/10/09) and then see if you have enough money for RAGE. If you don't I'd probably get RAGE because it seems more like your type of game.
I would go with wait a few weeks and get the full choice, Skyrim, batman, assassins creed, battlefield, dark souls and many more. It would make more sense really
I have 08 but never really liked it. But I have FIFA 12 and rage hd on my iPad. I didn't like rage hd much because it was on rails. But FIFA 12 on my iPad is good. There are other games that have the three for one deal (forza 4, nba 2k12) but I don't really like them. I might get rage, I hope it's an open-world game.
From what I understand, RAGE is open world, but there isn't much of a focus exploration and free roaming, instead the gameplay is either shooting or driving with a few small side quests and mini-games. I'm going to get it. Can't wait to squash some mutants. I heard its coming in 3 discs! That's going to be pretty cool, one disk dedicated to split screen/multiplayer.
I know how to play it, but it's not my thing. Anyway, bought rage and it's awesome! Been playing for hours straight.
It saddens me to say this but do NOT purchase RAGE. Its very very linear, and quite forgettable. Frankly it really really disappointed me, as it was one of my most anticipated games this year. Gears of War 3 would be your best bet other than FIFA 12. If you don't like either than why not save your money for Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, Skyrim, or Arkham City. Those are all gonna be very good games.
I already bought rage and I'm loving it. :3 And to be fair, I traded in 3 for one. I didn't actually buy it, so I got it. I traded in my old games, I'm surprised they actually worked.

Do you know any Easter eggs? I have heard there is this Easter egg you teleport to doom or something. I'm 3 hours into the game, and I'm in wellsprings. I hope that isn't far into the game, I just finished the sponsor race. Also, I have another 3 games, but I'm not to sure if I'll like FIFA. There's forza 4, and nba 2k 12, but I don't like them that much. I was going to get gears, but it looks waaaay to gorey for me. Just the chainsaw thing puts me off.
My brother really wants forza 4, while I hate racing games. I just don't know. He doesn't like FIFA, but I can play FIFA 12 with my uncle (who is a massive FIFA fan). Is it easy on the easiest difficulty? He went to his friend's house and they played the demo and he said it was very hard, even on the easiest difficulty.
