I prefer to play a version that's been optimized to my device. And that doesn't require me to jailbreak. And that has been legally obtained.
I'm with you on that one. I would like a nice optimized, paid for, official copy of VI on my ipod. IV would be decent as well, but I have no interest in any FF game prior to that. The series has been in a steady decline since VII, each worst than the last. Please square....get your shit together.
I agree and that's why I have no interest to have all kinds of old NES, SNES....etc on my iphone. I want games that are made specifically for the idevice. Been there and done that..............having thousands of old games just creates a mess in the end. It's better to pick up games one at a time and pay for them and enjoy them. I learned that the hard way. I can't wait to get my hands on FF1 and II and just hope for III(US). That's all I need from Square except for Secret of Mana
I suspect these games will be the "easy type" versions that already appeared on the GBA and PSP (opposed to the "normal" and "hard type" on FF Origins for PS1). If this will be the case, I'll buy only FF2, as I find it playable and enjoyable even on easy type. FF1 easy type, on the contrary, is just a chore to play for me. Too easy, and too many boring battles.
You do realise this "exception to the law" is only ever seen written on ROM sites, don't you? Are they really the people you've chosen to believe?
