Besides a decent APR and monthly payment number?

I like debit cards more, but I can see the perks of having a credit card. Just look for something that sounds good to you, what you listed is a good start.

I've had a debit card for a long time since high school, but it turns out I need to build up my credit score since I've barely done credit up to now.

Also I'm moving into a bigger apartment and want a bit of electronics and furnishings.

Nothing. My bank sent one to me as soon as I hit 18 and it turns out there aren't any better ones out there... so no looking necessary. To be honest if you need to know about stuff like APR, you're already relying on your credit card too much.
