So I updated the software on my ipod to the latest version and since I updated it, its been causing me nothing but problems.

    1) First off, the ipod sometimes freezes at random intervals and it pisses me off that I have to restart it every few songs because it freezes. Well it doesnt freeze, it stays on the black screen. I lock it and then press the home button to go into my ipod, but when I press it, it gets stuck on the black screen and then I have to restart it.

    2) Another problem that it has developed is the uneasy feel of the keyboard when typing anything. When I type anything, no matter where it is, the screen shifts for some strange reason and the keys become very sensitive. For example, when i press a vowel, all of the sub-options for that vowel suddnely appear and then the word that I was typing is complete ruined. And then i have delete it and start over.

All of this did not happen with the old software. I have no clue why this is happening!!!

    HELP!!!!

This sounds more like an Apple support request. This forum is for game developers who develop games for the iOS platform.

This may offer a bit more help: http://www.apple.com/support/ipodtouch/

Apple should really have some sort of "support app" in place. As a large amount of users really do expect us developers to "fix iTunes".

One user gave me a 1 star review because the app displayed "Installing" for too long...just long enough for them to soil my efforts, before they tried again / restarted.
