What Came First?

For the last time, we've not talking about the damn chickens!

 

Of course, we're talking about the egg-laying specie of monkeys.

 

Doesn't sarcasm insinuate that I'm wrong? Which in turn would mean... you don't know what I'm talking about and seemingly have misunderstood the entire question?

 

Agreed, I can't believe the press would report on such a ridiculous topic. Then again, they will report on just about anything if they are desperate.

I.E. "Breaking News: iPhone 4 Sucks"

The chicken came first as it was a hybrid of two previous animals.

Since the discussion has sort of shifted to the chicken vs. chicken egg question, I'll share my opinion. The egg obviously came first. Lets say there were two species, the chiban and the chacken. They laid an egg, a chicken egg, which then hatched into the first chicken.

 

Great, now we've got mixed species mating as well

 

If that were the case, then the chicken would be sterile!

 

But where did those species come from???

Like I said, if that were the case, then chickens would be sterile, and their species would have been extinct thousands of years ago.
