One Piece is awesome. I watched like 400 episodes in 2 weeks to catch up to it lol. Now I'm like 30 episodes behind though :/
I've finished reading Tsukihime yesterday, Did anyone else read it? Also have any of you watched Kara no Kyokuai movies?
Get ready for a ride of disappointment with Tokyo Ghoul. I mean if you haven't read the manga I would definitely not waste time watching it but even still there are a lot better shows this season that would be better. Owari no Sereph is similar in genre and it much better.
I'm like half way the first Kara no Kyokuai but holding it off until the summer so I can steam roll all the movies. From first impression it's definitely a ufotable film and will watch it just for the awesome animation not to mention the slight plot connection to Fate/Stay Night.
Exam break does wonders man. I watched probably the first 150-200 episodes in the 4 weeks before exam lol then just went ham right when it started. 30 episodes a day non stop and boy was it worth it. Quality is definitely like a rollercoaster. It can be really good and really bad but it's worth it.
I'm actually watching eight or nine things this season. I really can't overstate how wrong I was about spring looking mediocre.
At the current moment, I'm watching 10 shows from this season. What's been the most impressive for you so far? I quite enjoyed the opening episodes for Kekkai Sensen, Ore Monogatari and Oregairu S2.
I think for me it might have been Plastic Memories, though there are a couple shows that I have yet to start, so I can't say that with full confidence.
Wow, I think I'm watching about 25 shows, this season, love and hate Friday and Saturday with all the shows coming out at once but man, so many decent shows this season. Denpa was really disappointing especially after reading the manga plus the VA for the sister isn't that good (she is an idol star with this her debut VA...)
Manga's the way to go for me nowadays. Until summer break comes and I can binge like no tomorrow for summer season and other >
Interesting opposite for me, binge manga on vacation since I hate waiting for new chapters to come out. Give a few months for certain series to catch up.
It's a vicious cycle depending on if it's ongoing or finished. I'm reading about 20 or 30 ongoing and it's pretty brutal as at least 10 have updates maybe sometimes at best. Although one can finish more series in bulk reading manga compared to watching it, unless it's a music related one since that's probably the rare occasion that the anime will always be better than the manga at. 2 examples would be Nodame Cantabille and Your lie in April.
