Well, some may remember my topic from a few weeks ago where my daughter decided to give my iPhone a swimming lesson in a bowl of soup. Since it has been fine. Until, about 10 minutes ago when it flung from my jacket pocket into a puddle on the concrete floor at work. Dont't worry, the screen didn't break or scratch! ... The water broke it's fall...I dropped an atomic f-bomb and began Babying the device. Wrapped her up in some normal paper towel, soon to use the ultra dry industrial paper towel from the bathroom, and an overnight bath in dry rice when I get home(in 6.5 hours....). Seems to work fine aside from the sound which goes from non-existant to really quite, back and forth. I hope for the best.

Beggs the question, how do you break an iPhone?

I have had my original iPhone just over 2 years now and I have dropped it a countless number of times.
Probably the worse was flinging it about 6ft into the air, before landing on wet concrete while playing SGN golf. Another time I dropped it down the stairs, and it bounced and bounced and bounced.
    Not a scratch.
I swear my iPhone is indestructible.

I now have a small area at the corner where there is no color. Very small, bur noticable. Don't think it's dead pixels because I can see it when the phone is off. Could be other water or something got under my screen protector.. Not sure. Sound seems alright but my edge goes in-and-out now, yet the phone seems to work fine. Hopefully it's noty phone having the Internet problems!

I've broken a touch into smithereens (fell some 3 ft onto rocky terrain, so NOT a great thing to happen to anything), and smashed the screen of my 3G on asphalt.

Guess I'm not the luckiest iOwner out there...:)
