So you have an ipad 3 but a console quality game is too expensive at $5?.... Do tell me more... Side Note: Now live in the US Appstore
its his choice on what he wants to spend his/hers hard earned money on. who the fcuk cares? seriously. If i remember correctly its not your money hes spending.
Actually, it's a valid point of feedback developers should hear. If a lot of people are unhappy with the price, they would want to know that so they realize that if it comes down they might get a LOT more sales. The anti-price whining is worse. At least it's EA so it'll drop in price eventually.
Everyone is different, so the people that think every game should be 99c on iOS will obviously complain about a $5 price tag.
This is why consoles have the standard $60 price-tag. No one f**king complains about something that doesn't have anything to do with the game itself.
Wow. Just read a bunch of this thread. Pretty broad discussion. Anyhow, Canabalt was just $.99 . I bought it for $2.99 personally and never felt "ripped off". I'm not here to demean anyone else for their opinions. The way I see it though, any game worth playing is a steal at $3. And you get to help an independent developer continue to make games for you to enjoy. If you don't have the cash to shell that out, that's cool, and wait for a sale or whatever. Don't try and say that a game you like is only worth a buck because another game you like is a buck though.
£2.99 or even £3.99 would have sat ok with me but not this price. I have already paid £1.99 to play on my iPhone. Now they want this price so I can play it on my iPad?
