At that price - no ! Had a look on youtube, looks alright (PC version) but just seems a huge price for iOS games
Word of mouth is pretty convincing here, and I'd bite on that hype straight away if not for the price. I just won't do ten bucks. But I'm patient. This will be going into my AppShopper hopper until it inevitably goes on sale. (I know, I know... "tons of depth..." "tons of content..." "well worth the price..." etc. What can I say? I'm cheap.)
Yes, some people don't complain about prices but there really needs to be a limit. Cmon, reducing the price from 2.99 to 0.99 in a matter of about 4 days is ridiculous. Developers really need to think about how they would feel if they bought a game for 4.99 and then it was reduced to 0.99 the day after they bought the game. I know that $4 difference and a $2 difference is the different but I need to argue that this is absolutely ridiculous.
Looks good but the price is high. Then again, were it on the DS or something people would happily pay $30
For reference, the Android version is actually more expensive than this iOS version (around $11), but is currently on sale for about $3. (Prices vary more in that market, due to more precise exchange rates and whatever) Edit: Apparently this thread is a moderator dumping ground for any price discussions on other threads, complaints or otherwise. I'm not arguing the move, just stating the facts. Symphony of Eternity looks like a great game, and easily comparable to the similarly-priced Final Fantasy titles.
Whoaaa...$11.99! I should waiting when the price gets lower (hope so...) I see its NOT retina display...
I was going to buy this, but then I realized, "Wait. If I do this, I'm crazy. I'm literally insane. To do this would be madness." So instead I forced the evil government to fix this. You can thank me, your king, for this act of kindness. The game is now free.
