It's really not I'm afraid. Your subconscious will make judgments about people you don't even realize. I'm not trying to discourage you here, it's a great thing to be more open minded. But you can't eliminate it entirely I'm afraid.
Prove it. If you see everyone as equal, you instantly eliminate the major judgemental possibilities, then if you can learn to not care about appearance, you can eliminate even more. You ought to try it.
