The general consensus is that the IRC (or whatever) is allowed to exist and you're allowed to talk about it in PMs, but promoting it openly is a no-no. Especially if you're telling people to go there. Mentioning it every once in a while is ok, but different moderators will have different tolerance for how much is too much. I won't speak for metalcasket, but I feel his comment was more preventative rather than reactive. Otherwise he would've just deleted the posts.
No problem thanks. I am sorry too about some things that have happened lately. Let's all remember the good times, the many we had. The chatroom was doomed to have been locked or deleted way before. Even before it was, I was in talks with the proper way to all to say goodbye. It is unfortunate that it ended this way, but I do hope everyone will remember all the good times we had the last 3 months. Take care all. @echo - I think red1 has a different idea than you. But anywayz, my understanding of it was pms only. But that is the mods decision, so this is the last time I will talk about chatroom issues unless my name is quotes or I deem it a personal attack. As I will say for the 5th time, I will always remember the good times, and while I will miss the thread, as neg and I have said, it was one thread in thousands taking 10 mods time and Eli's as well. Let us fondly remember the good times and be blessed that many of us became such good friends. Thanks all.

Lol @ post count nerf after Chatroom deletion. Btw, having 35 posts per day here on TA is pretty insane. 25 is still pretty crazy. Also, let me answer your question: there is no way to bring it back.
I had no idea I had even posted over 100 posts in that thread. Well, I guess I can experience my 400, and 500 posts again.
Oh, I wasn't. I was just wondering when they would have decided to close it. They saw my post as a nice way to end it, I was just wondering when they would have ended it if there was no such post.
