Quickly guys stop post tampering and try to post intellgient conversation before a mod sees this and closes it/ deletes it/ bans us.

How do you feel about the recent supreme court decision to get rid of limits on the amount of donations for politcal campaigns?

Not quite as depressing as the fact that one in seven teachers in my school district are being laid off next year because nobody in the area is willing to pay three dollars more in taxes per month.

ugh our school is laying off teachers but buying large stone plaques dedicated to nothing, buying all the new high-tech football equipment (not to be a average nerd but that is bullshit), and buying new smart boards. Why would they lay off teachers just to buy random shit like that?

The generousity of many people are overlooked though. Several teachers are 'retiring' so younger teachers can keep their jobs.

Smart board? Really? What happened to tablet + projector?

Who here thinks Winamp and mediamonkey whips iTunes' ass in music playing?

The only problem is, only two people in the whole school will know how to set up and use the equipment, and they won't be paid overtime to do it for all the rest of the staff.

At least, if we're in the same boat.
