I saw this on smosh today

 

Someone posted this in another forum. I laughed and laughed and I don't know why.

 

Do you guys think that most Asians are nice?

I am so angry now and i need to say it out in somewhere.
I opened a tread in a taiwan forum yesterday, and i made some typo mistakes.
Than they all started to screw me up, saying that i am poorly educated and so on. I did apologized at first but than they started to point out my other mistake again. It's a little mistake, they should say "oh u wrote wrong, the correct is XXX" rather than " oh how can u made this mistake? where did you learn your chinese?" Man, Chinese is not my native language, and i am trying to play nice and use their language and this is how they pay me back. Asians forums makes me mad, there are so many trolls and they always trying to insult the others. What they made me feel is they discriminates everyone that are not speaking their language, and they are so proud of their chinese better than u.

Taiwan has became my most hated place now

 

Just to let you know, lots of people are rude on the internet, regardless of race or nationality.

 

Whether a person is nice or not has nothing to do with their race.

 

Asia is a continent not a race, there are lots of different ethnic groups in Asia.

Saying I don't like Asians is no different from saying I don't like Europeans, it doesn't make you racist just small minded.

 

i know what u guys means but i faces those situation much more in asian forums than western forums.

 

Well, there are asians in Western forums and vice versa.

 

i have to agree.. people who are rude are going to be rude regardless of there place of origin or skin color..

but humans usually like to hang around like minded people.. so you have the whole group mentality.. This is probably what you have experience on the forums.

anonymity is great but it also means people can act like jerks with out any consequences..

best advice i can give. let it roll off your back like a duck dose with water.

You have f*cking terrible grammar. I was born in Brasil. I was forced to learn the entire English language at the age of six, yet I still write better than you.

Honestly, where the hell did you learn English?

no honestly,... I never had problems regarding the grammar or bashing because of language issues. Only the well known - let me google that for you bla bla bla
use the search tool in the forums we discussed this stupid question thousand of times... but never flaming because of mistakes. thats poor

 

Basing a judgement of an entire race ('Asians' isn't even a race in the first place) on a minor incident on an internet forum is just incredibly narrow-minded and pathetic.

Maybe you were treading in the wrong forum! Bad joke I know, but thats the best I could do before my second cup of coffee this morning . . .

 

Being Taiwanese I don't think it's fair to base an entire people on on internet forum. It's like if I went on a KKK forum and said all white people were racist.
