That really f*cking infuriates me. Edit: I found here that after 15 hours the kitty was found and is ok I guess. That poor f*cking cat. I wanna find this b*tch, cut her eyelids out and take her picture over and over with flash. I want to stab her kneecaps with ice picks. I want to get a garden hose, put a strand of barbed wire in it, shove the hose up her ass, and pull it out real quick so that the only thing up there, is indeed the f*cking barbed wire. Do NOT f*ck with cats and dogs.
You sound pretty pissed (and rightfully so, that woman is a bitch). I really don't understand why some people go out of their way to do things like this. A friend of mine opened the front door on christmas eve to find his dead cat lying on the doorstep. A bunch of teens had slit it's throat. It's sick that people get pleasure from doing things like this. (and lol at the hose/barbed wire technique. That made me laugh )
I do not tolerate dog and cat cruelty. I exaggerated a little bit and I apologize if I "offended" anyone with choice words. I am very passionate about cats and dogs. I grew up with them my entire life. And to see people pull sh!t like this, and hear about things like what happen to your poor friend's cat, just makes me absolutely sick. When I was ten or so I nearly killed a kid for throwing a cat by it's tail at a wall. I gave him several stitches on his face because I used a rock to mash his face in. I was only ten and could be considered just as bad as that kid who hurt the cat. But that was justice to me as a kid I guess. The cat was fine though, just walked with a limp for a few days and I decided to keep her. Her name was Chloe.

Damn Booch. The woman is clearly a nut, but I wouldn't torture or murder a human being just for essentially "annoying" a cat for a while. She's hardly evil, probably just a bit mad.
I was just heated for the moment. I probably couldn't torture anything myself as I am a bit of a softie. I think the worst I've done was burn ants when I was a kid. With Lysol and a Lighter of course... But no she doesn't deserve to be put down. She does however need to be locked in a dumpster for 15 hours though. No doubt in my mind about that sh!t.
