i made that because the mods weren't kind enough to tell me the other one was offensive then make me feel like insane because I see it not there when I know I just posted it.
it was a picture of the clown saying he would touch your penis for a dollar. I think that's what was offensive. oh but if a hobo asks you to touch his penis, all of a sudden it's ok? I don't get the logic!
