You live in Asia, right? That would probably explain why you have never heard of hot cross buns. Everyone here in the UK knows about them, we have them at easter time. The cross is supposed to represent the cross that Jesus was nailed to, back in the day. But I'm not religious, I just love the taste of them Also (and I think England is the only country that has this pudding) we have "Spotted Dick", lol

Probably the worst food we have here is Haggis. The heart, liver and lungs of a sheep is chopped up and then shoved in the sheep's stomach along with a load of other crap and then cooked - yuck, it tastes disgusting.
