We need a sage option for threads.

On very many image boards there is a thing called the sage option where if you need to you can respond to a thread but it wont be bumped. This would be good for threads that people feel need to be locked or just want. A thread to die. They can post in the thread and the thread will slowly die as long as it is saged.
