I believe it's "Wayward" under the icon.

Kepa, I am so hyped right now, I was thinking of actually buying mage gauntlet just to get in to the feel of it. It bloody costs $3.79. God dam apple raised the price from $2.99. I thought I'd say thank you by buying Mage Gauntlet even the it contains my biggest enemy in ios history - no iphone 5 resolution. But I'm very sure you'll see $3.79 or something like that added to your account :) :) :)

I still want to update Mage Gauntlet with iPhone 5... It's just finding any free time whatsoever haha. Wayward Souls is much, much more advanced in terms of design, though.

Wayward Saga had to be changed because King.com

"Mage" is kind of hard to remember, oddly. People keep calling the game "Magic Gauntlet". Endless Dungeon was taken during development. There's a non-commercial game called plain "Wayward". Wayward Souls was high on the list of alternate titles, and we had like a week to decide on a new title so we went with that.

No I haven't bought it yet. I only started to hear about RocketCat Games last October via Death Road to Canada. I didn't know what Mage Gauntlet was back then and I didn't buy it also due to the 'no iphone 5 resolution' because it annoys me that the game only covers half the screen. I was thinking I'll forget about it once and just buy Mage Gauntlet as everyone has praised it a lot everytime anyone mentions Wayward Souls.

Well... Haha looks like you actually persuaded me into buying it! One more thing, can you give me a date for an iphone 5 update to Mage Gauntlet? Even the very wildest one will do.

I'm not sure to buy it or not knowing that Wayward Souls releases next Thursday. Will I be able to finish this game in a week?

Wait a minute, Wayward Souls is the sequel to Mage Gauntlet right? As in Mage Gauntlet 2?

No, it's a followup. It happens in the same time period as Mage Gauntlet. Mage Gauntlet 2 will be its own huge thing. Won't be until later though, we have other things to do before it.

You can probably beat Mage Gauntlet in a week. Not sure if I recommend getting it before Wayward Souls though, just because WS is a lot better. Maybe ok if you're bored enough? I'm a really bad marketer.

FYI, you need to buy EVERY game by these guys. They havnt developed a game that I didn't like. With Punch Quest being my all time favorite iOS game ever. I actually just downloaded Punch Quest to another phone just so I could start the game over. It's that good. Like I said, I reccend you buy all their games. They are all well worth the price.

I'd love to, but not willing to play a game that wasn't optimized for my device, ie: 4inch retina display.

Ahh. I see. Yea, I ended up keeping my old iPhone 4S when I bought my iPhone 5, so i could play the older games that weren't optimized for the 4in screen. I can't stand black bars! Lol

If it doesn't have a retina screen, it's going to look like crap. It may still run, I think we accidentally put the minimum iOS too low.

Are there any outdoors environs in the game? It's always a shame when a game misses out on the added dynamism of varied environs, particularly in mixing the dark and damp with the bright and bold.

Any outdoor game? There is a really great one releasing this week called The Amazing Spiderman 2. I can't wait for that and Wayward. Once I get my hands on both of 'em, I'm locking myself in my room with my iPod and a wall charger.

Yes, why wish for any feature in any game, ever, when we can just play lots of different games and pretend they are all part of the same experience? :D

(But yeah, for a bland Gameloft open world title with a few character-specific super hero abilities plastered on top, Spiderman 2 does look particularly good.)
