Found a couple more Hat Dungeons (at least, that's what I'm calling them) that I don't think have been mentioned yet. I don't have any screenshots, though. - (Cursed Hollows) Two connected areas with rival orc factions. One is a series of bridges with shamans, thieves, a thief mini boss, and the hat chest. The other is a series of caves with warriors, a warrior miniboss, and various treasure piles. - (Fallen Kingdom, Faceless floor) A maze full of Quiet Men. - (Fallen Kingdom, Faceless floor) An eye-shaped area with a lot of Unformed and Chatterpiles in the outer ring. There are teleporters at the top, some of which lead to small side chambers and one of which leads to the closed-off center room with various soldiers and the chest. - (Fallen Kingdom) A darkened maze full of Insidiators, which was absolutely terrifying since I had almost no health when I found it. It helps that several of them appeared behind walls and couldn't ambush me properly.
Any tips, with the adventurer. I run out of stun charges often and I don't find a way to deal with large rooms. I've done it with the warrior, rogue, and the mage
I think the "hat matches armor color" option should be in the hat selection menu. (Someone else suggested this earlier and I agree.)
I haven't seen those 'rival orc faction' or 'eye-shaped area' ones, but I have seen a 'stay on the path' maze absolutely stuffed with shadows puppets (not exact name). They don't attack you if you stay on the path, but if you stray from it, they'll mob you and you will probably die. Awesome stuff. On another note, my last three hats were "Cursed Girl Hair" (Description: "Vaguely familiar." -winkwink-), "Cranium Slime" (Description: "Warning: May jump off your head and assault tiny wizards." *nudgenudge*), and "Whitebeard Hat" (Description: Spoiler "Now you stole the wizard Whitebeard's hat. Hope you like a free trip to the dark realm." ~shoveshove~). Hilarious and awesome trio of Mage Gauntlet nostalgia hats.
He's fast. Run in and attack, run out. Some enemies he can hit quick enough they never get a chance to attack. If you can lure them a little away from others, it's a pretty sound strategy. A little dash to dodge sometimes. Obviously killing enemies that shoot first is a necessity. Also "stealth" enemies. You can basically figure out when and where they'll appear in relation to you. Ie, behind you by a few paces as soon as they fully disappear. I beat the first 2 levels with him using almost none of his skills. Upgrading his health regen between levels skill is fairly cheap and very useful.
Hey, guys! This map is alright? XD I just reach the end of the map (right part), when i saw a 'little' unvisited section of the map! But, man! D.Ó It's a labyrinth plagued of minions! (left part)! Ozo But, i found a new hat there! :3 I love this Game, Felicidades Devs!
Pet slot for later. Pretty much like the Mage Gauntlet pets, but instead of permanently unlocking them, you find them in the dungeon. Not a bad idea. Oh by the way, I think we're going to make it so every time you beat a boss, you get a guaranteed hat chest. Maybe even a rare one. That may help with people that have terrible luck, you can just farm this way.
Fantastic idea. Would love a reason to farm the bosses. Maybe the chance for a rare one could go up with each dungeon. Otherwise I cant see a reason for farming the gold dungeon
I found this cool mask in a ancient ruined kingdom. I'm fairly certain nothing bad could possibly come from wearing this, especially since I'm a powerful mage.
for Kepa, the shoper will be similar to the one from secret of mana? please make it to be very rare and most of the time will sell just rare hats -with option to buy just one hat. this way the game will not be 2easy and add more rare mini-bosses, hard ones that drop vr hats. the current two mini-bosses are easy to beat thanks
Yes I would love more ways to attain hats. I don't want to gain them so quickly that I'll run out but 1 hat every 3-5 hours seems way too long. Is there a way to tell which hats are rarer than others?
the hats from coin chests are rare -since the drop rate is so low the hats from skull chests are very rare
It also seems that you can find most or all of the hats that appear in skull chests in normal chests as well. I think all the skull chest does is guarantee you one of the rarer hats.
It's a holiday here which means I've got time for Wayward Souls! Playing as the Spellsword against the boss of the Catacombs on the 9th floor. Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel
