All of my data is intact. When you ask "is it saving", are you asking if my past data (coins, medals, etc) are saving, or are you referring to closing the app and opening it again and losing your place, or your endless scores not posting to Game Centre? What exactly is it that isn't saving for people?
I was having issues where when the game shutdown, it would start from the very begging. I just re downloaded it though and it's not doing it anymore.
Good to hear. I wasn't having that issue but I am nervous about losing my data, so much so that I am holding off on ios 8.
That's by a bomb or mine. Those 999 floors are pretty hardcore, how long did it take? I understand it's really just getting to the point where you have 4 potions that's hard, and after that you can go for as long as you want, but how many days was that?
It took 39 hours of play time, spanned over the course of about a week. I had full power and 4 health potions for the majority of it, but once in a while you'll hit a nightmare of a floor (rooms stacked with Temerators, Slime Mamas...any spawner/revivers) that will at the very least make you use a few health potions. Funny fact: The closest I came to death was on the very first floor, and didn't have another brush until floor 639. Few odd tidbits about the whole experience that I noticed: Through the course of defeating 30,000+ enemies, I only encountered the new spider enemies once. I also never once encountered the enemy (forget the name) that looks like a purple shadow that strikes with scythe-shaped hands and spits purple fireballs. Not one of them in 999 floors. Several times I had to wait very, VERY long times for Insidiators to spawn in a room that required me to kill them before the door would open. One particular time was probably an entire minute of standing still, waiting for the Insidiator to spawn, having flashbacks of my 300+ floor run that was bug-cancelled by this very situation, where the Insidiator simply never spawned. Luckily this time around they spawned every time, but those were the scariest moments of the whole run, for sure. Another thing I must add is that throughout what by all rights should have been an exhausting and repetitive gaming marathon, I never once throughout the entire experience felt a single moment of tedium. The game remained challenging enough to be fun despite me knowing every enemies attack pattern like second-nature by the end, and I don't think there's another game in my memory over my 30 or so years as a gamer that I can say that about. Bravo, Rocketcat.
Abbie the Mage slain by Master Core on the 6th stage of Super Smash Bros. Classic Mode. Enemies defeated: 17 Coins collected: 2304 [Change Hero] [Share]
I'm starting a run, rn I have all health potions and I'm on floor 75. Yeah the temerators are the worst if you get a room with 4-5 of them
are you guys playing and it keeps your data? since the previous week, i have been waiting for the hotfix, because everything i collect, coins / hats / upgrades are no longer saved. And i must say it's a bit annoying to have no news from Kepa or Rocketcat for this hotfix for 1 whole week, and why is it taking more than 1 week to be applied, here or on their fb page.
hel ya I think we'll add more stuff to Endless Mode later, while putting in the thing that makes it so you get less health the deeper you go. That should lead to a lot more close calls. Special levels, hats, things like that. v nice I post news about it on the facebook page. It's just taking a long time to get approved.
