I just needa let this out... I've never had so much fun & replay value with a full premium mobile game, ever... Heck, I've never had so much fun & replay value with one game, period. Its really just an amazingly clever gane, theres absolutely no word to describe it. Even the maxed rating reviews don't do justice. I mean, taking suggestions from the fans and actually implementing some of them, and coming out with what bimonthly/monthly updates? You guys are just great, no, amazing, no, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious? Like I said, no word to explain how awesome you guys are. Thank you.
It's on the stage select, on the left... Um... Was it clearing the third, or the fourth dungeon? Someone said which... Both my characters who cleared the third have cleared the fourth; I can't check there. Also, my others can't access Endless, so there's a related question answered.
Thanks! I think updates are going to slow down though after the next one, we've spent a good four months on them. Though if future games do well, I think I'll just hire a contractor to do updates for us. They take way too much time from our next games. Third dungeon opens Endless. It was supposed to be harder to unlock, but we decided to just make it get unlocked at same time as the fourth dungeon. Even though it makes more sense to not unlock Endless until you're pretty far in the fourth one, we just kind of figured "whatever". Oh, looks like the Gauntlet will make it in. It's a quick-play mode you unlock after beating the fourth dungeon. Gauntlet has only 6 levels. It will have new versions of the different bosses. They have 33% more health, except for fourth boss which has 66% more. They also get new attack patterns. Off top of head, the Butler's smash gets much faster. The Baron summoned Thorned Custos instead of his usual guards, at a faster rate, while teleporting less. Bearer gets a bunch of new spells. Fourth boss gets to its tough summons much faster, and its extra health means you have to fight way more of them. There will be achievements for beating Gauntlet as a character, and as all six characters. I think beating Gauntlet will also change the appearance of the character select screen's nameplate for that character. Since we're adding a new mode, we might up the price for this upcoming update. Not sure yet! It's tempting to leave it at $7, but I kind of want to see what happens if we keep going up.
How about a button to re-sync Game Center achievements? ...I have none. Lousy Game Center not syncing achievements that were earned offline, and not even showing me my own achievements while offline... (I thought I heard that Apple made Game Center try to sync achievements again automatically... but it's only happened in some games...?!) Good thing I can see them in-game. Speaking of which, new ones will also be listed in-game, right?
It hasn't. I'll try waiting around at the title screen and character select. I think I tried that... I'll try again. And I can't see my own Endless high score while offline. "Error retrieving score" when looking at Friends. (I just went and got killed on the first floor. It showed up, but then not while offline.) Waiting didn't work. No achievements. Switching Game Center accounts didn't work... *cough* almost forgot about that. I had permanently switched to a seperate GC account (because "friends" can see your real name... *insert rant about privacy violation*) Well, switching back to the original did not make any achievements show up after waiting either... but some games had actually re-synced my achievements to the new GC account anyway... lousy inconsistent thing. And then, after switching to my current GC account... My Endless score under Friends would never load. Until I went and died again, creating a new score. That can't be good. It might also be relevant to the achievements not syncing. So will an offline-accessible personal high score be made available? (And of course, scores earned offline should be applied.) It was supposed to work offline?
I just fought an enemy rogue as the spellsword. The rogue had a unique name and he was using dash moves. Took a lot of hits to kill him....like 20+. It was awesome!!! We were in a pretty small area and we ended up fighting after a bit of dialogue. He was upset I was going to steal his treasure he found. Anyone else get this encounter?
Where is the "gnome dating simulator" in the credits level? Or is it just... Spoiler that yet another gnome that tries to finger poke me to death?
On the character select screen, go to Extras. I think you need to clear the third dungeon for it to show up there.
Rocketcat, is there still plans to add pets/companions? If there is can you make them have their own box so you can respawn them when they die? Thanks.
