Was doing a labyrinth play through and was on the 19th floor with the spellsword when I experienced my first crash since installing the game. Anger occurred. Thought that was going to be my best shot for beating the labyrinth for the first time too
Yeah. It hurt. Keeping my coins would have relieved me. Well this game is great so I won't sweat it too much
Hey there, Was wondering something while playing the game : when you upgrade one of your basic spells (for exemple the mage ones) for a version with "improved critical strike rate", does it improve the general CS rate of your character (including autoattacks) or just for the specific spell ? And is there any way to know how many % it gives us ?
Someplace in this thread I asked if the critical upgrades for those spells affect your basic or charged attacks, and was told that it does. (I think that included the charged attack...)
I wish there was a leaderboard for collecting the most coins in a dungeon, or at least a tracker of your personal best that you could challenge friends to beat. I know the element of luck inherent with randomly generated dungeons would certainly play a big factor, but that would be part of the fun. Smashing every object, maybe getting a rare encounter or two if you're lucky, exploring every inch of each floor. I think it'd add a little extra replay value for those of us who are just hoarding enormous coin collections and learning to beat the game taking less and less damage at this point.
You may have to restart the game for the badge to show up. Yeah, all critical stuff affects both your basic and charged attacks. Some characters can have their abilities crit, too, but some can't off the top of my head? I'm sick right now and can't remember what we did there. Actually, what I think we did was have abilities also crit, but damage was capped for them against bosses to like 40 damage or 50. Maybe not, was trying to avoid that scenario. We may do a total coins collected scoreboard though. Looks like it'll be out on 9/4. That's the likely day anyway. It does by a little bit. Not sure if it's enough. Being kind of cautious in increasing his power, since it's such a fine line between him just wrecking everything once his lantern is stronger. We're doing another update after, and that will let us make him a little stronger if he's still too weak.
Just read in the latest game informer that wayward souls is their #2 rated mobile game for the year so far. Nice to see some acknowledgement for mobile games in these magazines.
