They worked fine from the start on iPhones, but a lot of people had problems with them on iPads, specifically the right hand swipe gestures. That's one of the things which was fixed in this update.

I replayed the first dungeon and found the most funny room so far. It was filled with those enemies who run into walls and there was a haste jar.

Too bad there wasn't any chest there.

Cleared the diamond dungeon as the Fighter third try, four counting a cratered mage run.

It was dicey. Had to change hats once almost every floor just to survive. Used all my items on Baron Run Wrecker Amaranth and two hour glasses on masky mcjerk.

The shadow said, "What are ya gonna do? Hack me skull?" Being able to use those power swings to wipe his minions clean each wave is a game changer.

For those counting, with Skullhack and axe salvos, I had to do about four waves of the shadow to kill him being able to constantly focus on him every time he was out. Flame water might make it go faster but you can't go in hoping for the cheeseball speed kill like you do with mask.

I think leaving story on is a huge advantage. Floor 10 is basically a freebie if the story applies though I haven't checked it without.

Totally agree, I was thinking "that's it?" I also got a really weird floor twelve, with no monsters , just a hallway to an exit

Also, with the not getting the badges and the outline of the labyrinth still flashing on the map, is it just not displaying it or does it not think we've beaten the labyrinth?

Kepa said earlier that it's just an issue with the emblem displaying.

This hat is one of my favorites. After completely failing on the first several floors as Cyril, Zibbin the Adventurer made it all the way to the final boss. He then became my only character to die against said boss, but I suppose you can't expect Zibbin to be completely competent.

The Cultist survived though, so I just have the Warrior and Adventurer left.

Ok I want to like this game as much as everyone else here but first the controls made it unplayable and now since the update the screen is flipping at random all the time. What the hell?

Diamond dungeon becomes a lot more bearable once you get the right hat switching ratio down. I think the most ideal play would be changing hats roughly every two floors but you'll need a lot more than just any ten hats to make it. There are a lot of new enemy configurations down there so often times you may need to make several hat switches mid level just to stay competitive. Knowing when to go hatless is probably the toughest judgement call you'll make down there.

Thankfully, you'll get a lot of new ones while you're there. Say what you will about the Shadow, but they have a very generous hat providing plan.
