Been enjoying the changes made to the Warrior's swords so far. The Stained Glass sword is so much more useful with the reduced energy per power attack change, might be my favorite now because it can save me from always using a shield charge to block magic in hectic fights. Does anyone use the slower swords/maces? Those are the only two I still dislike. I don't know if they need to be changed, probably just my preference.
some personal feeling: 1.the new high sensitivity seems a bit too high for me,sometimes I active the abilities while I didn't mean to; 2.May the coins start to come to me earlier? I mean they seems to bounce quite a while before they are drawn to me,and when you breaks everything like me, you have to wait a lot for all the money
The Rogue is actually pretty strong now, thanks to the new balance changes. Adventurer still seems pretty useless, but then again I haven't tried to play as him very much. Also, the bosses are now guarding normal chests instead of skull chests, so I think I may have all of the hats (219 total, including the secret gnome hat). I've added them all to the wiki.
Me too! I was also waiting several days for the 1Password update to work for me; like Wayward Souls, it has been visible on the App Store a while now.
Impressive. I've only tried the diamond dungeon with the mage, but I imagine the Rogue would be much more difficult. Adventurer should be about the same difficulty as the Warrior with the shield upgrade.
Im so stupid e_e didnt know it was so easy to kill the gold dungeon boss with the warrior lol. Ended up dying and now i cant even reach the last floor. Should've watch your vid first jackmule hahah. Also quick question, how many dungeons are there atm and in which order are they in? So far I've only reach gold with the rogue, mage, and warrior but haven't beaten it yet.
I've made a gallery of all the currently available hats (unless there are more secret hats I'm not aware of) on the wiki: http://wayward-souls.wikia.com/wiki/Hats#The_Complete_Hatbox
So I did the thing to use the Paladin in the credits level, and got the Gnomey hat so I hit the prompt to equip it aaaand... yeah. What a face
I underestimated the difficulty of the Diamond dungeon. I must have gotten the majority of the easier rooms my first two times to floor 20. Those small rooms are vicious.
I've been activating abilities without meaning to also. I love this game, and respect the developers decision to omit buttons, but I would still prefer them. I've never had that issue with coins though... I break a chest, then continue to bust something else up, and long before I finish breaking the rest of the barrels and furniture, the coins is magnetically drawn to me. I can't recall a single time where I've stood still, waiting for the coins to come to me...
Finally was able to update this morning. Wish this update had iCloud saves or Dropbox saves. Did they increase the gold drop rate at all?
Got the update and secret gnome hat (and about 7 new hats from the labyrinth) but can't beat the labyrinth. First try I got to 14 and got killed by a room of 4-5 orc champions, second try I got to fifteen with full health and a health potion, but lost most of my health in a huge room where 6 waves of enemies dropped in at the same time. haha really kepa
Kepa (or anyone I guess)....post-update, should the Mage's max health be noticeably longer? It still looks way less than the others. Wasn't sure how much it was supposed to be jumping up....
Yeah tried that.... That's why I feel like it's "mental" at this point. I know what I need to be doing, but then get slaughtered by the 3rd floor.
Love the art style and I think price increases that go along with massive content updates make a lot of sense.
