It's kind of like the Miner's Hardcap, with a red scarf to cover your mouth. --- Jumping enemies are annoying in the first place, but when they 'hit' an immovable object (like a wall or treasure chest) mid-jump, they ricochet off quickly and end up somewhere completely different than what you expect (usually this altered destination is on top of you). Particularly noticeable with Thorned Eximius. I don't like it.
Ohhhhhh no. This is when I wish this game had iCloud :/ I did a full restore and used. A backup but some how it didn't save about have my games, which means I lost everything here. I assume there is no way of retrieving that?
If you backed up your phone it should restore the save data. Possibly you forgot to backup your phone after purchasing and playing wayward? If you did do a backup and the restore doesn't restore your save data then iCloud sucks even worse because that's still where your backup is stored. What a joke if it can't even backup your saves.
This is probably not helpful to you at this point, but the 'save data' is all in the .plist file. Library>Preferences>.com.RocketCat.WaywardSouls.plist. I just copied that over from phone to iPad using iExplorer and was good to go. It is also very possible and fairly simple to edit the plist file yourself in order to manually restore your progress in the game (& potentially cheat for money, skills, etc). Let me know if you want further instructions.
I have one small little issue after all this time with the game. It's kind of a buzzkill waiting up to 30sec-1min for the last stealth dude to attack in the Catacombs when the rest of the room has been cleared.
Thanks! I assume it's found in the Bronze dungeon but I have characters that need to clear each one, so hopefully I'll come across it eventually.
Hi all, sorry if this has recently been answered by game developer before, but this thread is so HUGE. I hear and kind of feel that controls on an ipad (I have ipad 3) don't work well. Are these being solved on next update? Thanks
Everyone lets posts our favorite hats and why... My fav. hat is the Explores Cap, Reminds me of Luffy and the straw hat gang from One Piece...(One Piece is a Japanese anime by the way)
So is there a campaign or story mode? Game looks great and all but I do enjoy having some type of story (however trite or generic it may be) to add some sort of context to all the goblin-bashin button-mashin.
Each character does have somewhat of a storyline. It is not deep and it is portrayed via text and pictures but it is there. The game is so good it doesn't need anything more than what is there.
I really enjoy the storyline encounters. I wish there were some more but just random stuff not class oriented. Please tell me this is from the gath of Baal books: snake princess cowl
